Why can’t other users hear me?

Make sure that you are not connected using the ''listen only'' mode (headphones icon).
Make sure that you are not muted.
If you see a 'locked' over your name it means you are locked and you need to ask the presenter to unlock you.
Run a system check which you will find on the dashboard and make sure that all the sections have green ticks and not red exes.
Refresh your page.
Try a different browser.
If the bluetooth is on it might be diverting the sound to some other device.
If you are using a headset you need to connect it before you enter the room.
If you see some error number notification like 1007, 1002, 1020 etc please let us know.
