It is almost always a connectivity issue.
Stop live streaming or downloading on the same device or on other devices using the same network.
Close other programs running at start up or in background on your device or on other devices using the same network.
Check the memory of your hard disk and if it is less than 10% available, please try to free some space.
Restart your computer.
Check for interferences from other devices such as a microwaves oven.
Update your operating system and drivers.
