Why is there no sound?

Make sure that you did not skip the echo test
Make sure that the participants have not entered using the ''listen only'' mode (headphones icon).
Make sure that you are not muted.
Run a system check which you will find on the dashboard and make sure that all the sections have green ticks and not red exes.
Refresh your page.
Try a different browser. (Chrome or Firefox for a PC/Mac/Tablet, Safari for iOS phone or tablet)
Try to create a hotspot with your mobile data and use the hotspot network (or another network) as opposed to a virtual private network.
Check if you are still connected on the platform.
If you see a white circle next to your name on the participant's list , this means that you are not connected to the audio anymore. Press the join audio button under the whiteboard in order to pass again the echo test.
If the bluetooth is on it might be diverting the sound to some other device.
If you are using a headset you need to connect it before you enter the room.
On a mobile phone/ tablet close all the open windows you don't need.
