  • How do I reset my password?
    Click on ''forgot your password?''. Enter your email address. You will receive an email with a button that the user has to click on. If that opens up a different browser it won't work. You will have to copy the URL and use the same browser from which you initiated the password restoration. Enter your new password twice. ( you don't needPopular
  • Why am I unable to log in?
    If you cannot find the email with the temporary password look in your spam box. If you find more than one email use the password of the most recent one.   • How do I cancel/reschedule a lesson?
    Click ‘Schedule’ on the menu, followed by ‘Planned tutorials’. Click on the icon to the right of the tutorial that you wish to reschedule or cancel. Select ‘Reschedule tutorials’. If you would like to reschedule the tutorial, click the calendar icon and select the desired date and time.     Click on the "Library" (or ''our files'') section on the left hand side of the dashboard. Click on "Upload" beneath the Library section. Choose the files you would like to upload.   • How do I see my recordings?
    If you see a ''recordings'' section on your dashboard , you can access your recordings. If you cannot see a ''recordings'' section on your dashboard, this means that the recordings are not available for your role (tutor/student). If you cannot find a new lesson please wait 24hours untill it becomes available. The recorded sessions are deleted after 1-3 months approximately, depending on your organisation's policy.Some readers

    You can postpone or cancel a session before it takes place but you cannot delete it afterwards. Go to future schedule and select a session Then press postpone Go to rescheduling click on the session and select action. Click on delete and apply.     Go to settings Click on appearance There are three types of logos you can upload (dark,light,favicon) Browse and select the files you wish to uplaod. Press submit.Few readers

  • Can I extend the duration of a lesson?
    No but you can book another session right after the session you wish to extend. All lessons have an automatic 10-15 minute extension built in.Few readers
  • How do I delete a particular lesson?
    First, postpone the lesson in the Future Schedule section. Then go to the Reschedule lesson section. Select the lesson you would like to delete. Go to the Actions button and Select Delete.Few readers
  • Can I add someone into the classroom after a lesson has started?
    No. You need do schedule a new session and add everyone to that by sending them new invitations.Few readers
  • I can’t find my recordings.
    Go to recordings and you will find recordings of all your previous sessions there. If you cannot find a recording then wait as it takes 30-60 minutes for a session to be uploaded. Your institution may have restricted recording access to yourself, if you cannot see the aboveFew readers

    It may be because the booking is full for this lesson and timeslot, you are being prevented from double booking. Alternatively, you may not have any credits for lessons remaining or in some cases, it may just be that the lesson has not been scheduled yet!Few readers

  • How do I avoid doing a double booking?
    If you go to schedule, availability, and set the times you are available then once you are booked for a session that time becomes unavailable and no double bookings are made. So no need to worry!Few readers

    Yes, you can. All classes will begin in 15/30/60 minute intervals depending on your institution's calendar.Few readers
